First Visit
We greatly value your choice in seeking our dental services. During your initial appointment, our primary focus will be on conducting a comprehensive examination and providing an in-depth assessment of your treatment alternatives. It is not generally feasible for us to proceed with treatment or initiate it on the same day as the consultation. Especially situations involving intricate medical histories or complex treatment plans, a subsequent assessment and a separate appointment may be necessary for the commencement of treatment.
To facilitate the process, we kindly request your assistance in furnishing the following information at the time of your consultation:
- Any pertinent x-rays obtained from your previous dental practitioner, if applicable.
- An inventory of your current medications.
- If you are covered by dental insurance, please bring the requisite completed forms. This step serves to expedite proceedings and enables us to efficiently manage any claims on your behalf.
It is imperative to underscore that the presence of a parent or guardian is obligatory for all patients below the age of 18 during their visit.
If you have any prevailing medical conditions that may be of significance before undergoing treatment (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, artificial heart valves and joints, history of rheumatic fever, etc.), or if you are presently taking any medications (e.g., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulants, etc.), kindly apprise our office in advance.
X-Ray Procedures
In the event that x-rays have been previously taken by your former dentist, we are pleased to accommodate your request for their transfer. Please instruct them to transmit the x-rays to our secure email address at [email protected] with encryption enabled. Should the necessity for additional x-rays arise, our facility is equipped to perform this service on-site.
Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated, as it contributes to the smooth execution of your treatment plan. We look forward to providing you with exceptional care and a positive experience during your visit.
