Fixed Dentures (full arch)

These are also knows as Bar Attachment Denture but then number of implants needed will be determined on a case per case basis. 

The fixed denture is more comfortable than a removable or an overdenture because it is supported by implants and not by gums. 

This allow us to make it small enough so that you can chew, taste and enjoy your food more comfortably.

If possible, right  after surgery a temporary appliance is placed, so you do not have to go without teeth another day.
